• SageLuxury.com ships all orders UPS Ground and USPS Priority.
• Most of our items are sent out within the Next Business day of when the order is placed. In case there is a lead time you will be notified during your checkout process with an estimated date for shipment.
• Orders to Hawaii, Alaska and/or PO Boxes are dealt with on a case by case basis, and if we ship it, we may add an additional surcharge that we are charged by the Shipping Carrier. In case a surcharge applies, it will be included in the shipping price that will show up on your Shopping Cart Before you complete your order.
• International orders are accepted for some items, you can add the item in your cart, provide us with a shipping address and our system will check if international shipping is available. Please Note once the shipment leaves the US Border the warranty is no longer valid and returns will not be accepted. The recipient is responsible for all US Customs and Duty fees charged upon delivery.
• All shipping charge will be shown in your shopping cart before checkout.
• Gift Wrap options may be available on some products, and may incur an additional handling fee. Prices and charges will show up on the product page, and during the checkout process.
• You can include a personalized gift message for the recipient on every order, at no extra cost.
• Refusal of shipment or incorrect address will be the customers’ responsibility and charges by the Shipping Vendor will not be refundable.
• Tracking - Upon placing an order you will receive an email with tracking information upon shipment. Email will be sent to the Email Address provided during checkout.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 15 days of receipt. Product must be in original packaging, and in Brand New conditions for a full refund. All our items are Brand New, unless otherwise indicated, and come sealed with the original manufacturer packaging as well as the Manufacturer’s Warranty.
• Customers must acquire a return authorization number before returning an order by contacting SageLuxury at Gmail.com or by calling Sage Luxury during office hours: Monday through Friday from 9am to 4pm PST.
• Returns without a Prior Authorization will be subject to a 25% Processing & Restocking fee.
• Returns that show signs of use and are no longer in a resalable condition may incur a 25-50% salvage fee.
• Customized products are non-returnable.
• Shipping Cost and Gift Wrap charges are non-refundable.
• In the event the item was sold with a free shipping special, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
• We will provide you with a return address upon contacting us.
• If your package appears damaged or if you receive damaged merchandise please email Sage Luxury at SageLuxury at Gmail.com or call 510-842-9411 ASAP so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. SageLuxury is open 9am to 4pm pst Monday through Friday.
• If you reach voicemail, please leave a message and we will respond within 24 hours. Please retain all of the original packing materials until instructed otherwise.
• Orders can be cancelled, unless custom made or otherwise state, until the order is out for shipment.
